Terms of Use

By accessing or using Prova (prova.fit), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Prova. By registering you confirm this. Users between 13–17 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
• You may not share accounts or create accounts for others without their explicit consent
• You may not use bots or automated tools to interact with the service
• Notify us at legal@prova.fit immediately if you believe your account is compromised

You agree not to:

• Upload, post, or transmit harmful, illegal, abusive, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Impersonate Prova staff, other users, or any other entity
• Use the service for commercial purposes without our written consent
• Circumvent any security, authentication, or access controls

Prova provides general fitness guidance for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional coaching or medical advice.

The workouts, suggestions, and AI-generated content available on Prova are intended as a general training aid — not professional fitness or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition or injury. Prova is not liable for injuries or health outcomes arising from use of the platform.

Certain features use AI powered by Anthropic. AI-generated workouts are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Use your judgment and consult a professional when appropriate.

• Prova owns all platform code, design, trademarks, and branding
• You retain ownership of your workout data
• By using Prova, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and process your data solely to provide the service
• We will never sell your workout data to third parties

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time in settings. Data is handled per our Privacy Policy upon termination.

Prova is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or (b) $10 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
